Lemon pound cake

 


The recipe to make it soft and delicious.


INGREDIENTS:

300 gr of 00% flour

16 gr of baking powder

4 eggs

250 gr of caster sugar

150 gr of seed oil

Zest of two lemons

70 gr of lemon juice

Powdered sugar


PREPARATION:

Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and lemon zest. Then add the lemon juice and mix.


Sift the flour and yeast and add to the batter.


Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
