2 white fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia, snapper), about 6 oz each

1 pint (about 2 cups) cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

1 small lemon, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
